**Prayer for BILTA’s Mission**

Lord, we trust You to guide BILTA’s steps and establish the work of our hands. May Your wisdom lead us and Your favor rest upon every effort.

**1. Prayer Breakfast for Language Groups**

– Pray that the upcoming prayer breakfast with language groups is filled with God’s wisdom and unity, fostering meaningful connections and purposeful dialogue.
– Ask that He blesses every discussion and decision, granting success in all preparations and outcomes.
*Proverbs 16:9 — “In their hearts, humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps.”*

**2. Fungwe OBT and Translation Work**

– Pray for the Fungwe Oral Bible Translation (OBT) team to be strengthened and encouraged.
– Ask that the translation work progress with speed and accuracy, bringing clarity and truth to communities.
*Ecclesiastes 4:9 — “Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labor.”*

**3. Empowering Those Helping with Scripture Engagement and Songs in Scripture**

– Pray for creativity, inspiration, and spiritual depth for those leading Scripture engagement initiatives.
– Ask that those involved in songs rooted in Scripture be filled with joy and anointing to bless communities.
*Psalm 96:1 — “Sing to the Lord a new song; sing to the Lord, all the earth.”*

**4. Upcoming OBT Global Summit**

– Pray for the upcoming Oral Bible Translation (OBT) Global Summit, that God’s presence guides every session.
– Seek wisdom, foster fruitful discussions, and achieve lasting outcomes that enhance translation efforts worldwide.
*Philippians 4:19 — “And my God will meet all your needs…”*

**5. Impact of Scripture Engagement and Songs in Scripture**

– Pray that BILTA’s initiatives in Scripture engagement inspire a deeper love for God’s Word.
– Ask that songs rooted in Scripture bring encouragement, unity, and transformation in communities.
*Colossians 3:16 — “Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly… through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit.”*

**6. Special Prayer for Workers in the Field and Training**

– Pray for Pastor Dickson and the visitors traveling to Mwenyi OBT in Kalabo for a workshop with the community. Ask for traveling mercies, safety, and fruitful engagement with the people.
– Pray for Joseph Phiri, who is currently in Kenya for training, that he may gain wisdom, strength, and skills to serve effectively.
*Psalm 121:8 — “The Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.”*
